Contact and quotation requests
When you contact us or request a quotation, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email, telephone, subject, message and the product concerned. We use it to answer your request, provide technical information, prepare a quotation and manage the resulting business relationship. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or performing a contract. For general business enquiries and protecting our systems, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating a secure business. Where records must be retained by law, the basis is compliance with that obligation. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Website operation, cookies and measurement
Technical information such as IP address, browser, requested pages, time and security events may be processed by the hosting infrastructure to deliver and protect the website. Our legitimate interest is reliable and secure operation.

Who may receive information

We do not sell your enquiry details.

How long information is kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to answer and follow up the request. Where an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, relevant records are kept for that relationship and applicable accounting, tax or legal obligations. Security records are retained for operational and security needs. Cookie and measurement retention depends on the relevant service and configuration; you can delete stored cookies in your browser and withdraw optional consent through our settings. Your rights and complaints
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
